Sukhy Bains is an enthusiastic and experienced coach with 20 years of corporate experience. She became a coach, trainer and supervisor in 2002 after receiving a psychology degree. She works individually and with her associates to offer clients a more specialised breadth of knowledge, experience and expertise.  

She has a successful track record in coaching leaders, individuals and teams and has worked with a number of organisations in the UK including Network Rail, NHS, Sight Concern, EC1 New Deal for Communities and BT as well as delivering a number of coaching programmes in Eastern Europe.

Sukhy is energised by individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives and has an unwavering passion to bring out the best in them.
